Very welcoming and cozy hotel, with a gorgeous view and a great location.Very conveniently located for both Belfast city centre and Acadia Park. The room is bright, overlooking the bay, clean and suitable for families with children.

The staff were welcoming and there was complimentary coffee in the lobby but the room was dated and not especially comfortable. The views from the balcony towards the ocean were beautiful. Free convenient parking.

View was amazing. Staff were all lovely. Grounds were very well kept. Room was very clean. Convenient location to town (a 4 minute drive). Free coffee and tea in the reception area was nice. The common deck with fire pit was very nice on the chilly nights.

The view was STUNNING!! I absolutely loved being able to wake up to that exceptional view. We didn't stay for breakfast but had bought some drinks and we were very pleased with the price.

Staff was nice and we had a beautiful view of the harbor and sat in Adirondack chairs and relaxed. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked great.

The ground floor allowed easy access to the property lawn/beach access. It was a walk, but it was nice to sit outside the room and see the view. The hot tub was wonderful too.
